Helpful Guiding Group/ Grief Therapy - Intensive Weekend Sat/Sun (September 16th and 17th))

Are you struggling with grieving a lost love one?  Learn effective techniques to navigate your grief better from a licensed psychotherapist in a group environment.  Why a group?  There are many added benefits including the support of others who are also also struggling with grief.  Studies show that being in the company of peers (others who are in bereavement too) even though grief is unique to every person is healing and shortens grief.  Together we can all help guide you through your grief.  In total you receive 9 hours over two days of support during this difficult time in your life- I applaud you for spending that time to help you feel like you again.  As if the help of a licensed psychotherapist (who knows the dark night of the soul experience through being widowed and other losses) and the help of your peers who are also in bereavement isn't enough... you will receive many extras such as free lunch, access to free videos, and stress balls!  The group therapy room is comfortable, and we will provide coffee/tea/water and healthy snacks too; Many Extras!!  We are here for you; You're not alone.  There is very limited seating for in-person attendance, so please don't hesitate to seek help now and secure your place with the group.  We look forward to meeting you!  The next intensive group weekend is Saturday September 16th and Sunday September 17th.  Each day begins at 10:00am with a 1/2hour lunch and ends at 3:00pm (4.5 hours each day with breaks).  Full schedule and details will be emailed to you after purchase.  If this group is sold out by the time you try to book your spot, then please email us to get on the waiting list for the next group at support@reedtherapy.com.  If this time is inconvenient for you, then please suggest a time/day for the next group for us to consider =)

Lodging Information: (Bring a friend and inquire about group rates both on lodging and class pricing by emailing us).  We are across the street from My Place hotel Wenatchee, and only a 15min leisurely walk along a park paved path to the Hilton.  Also, within 1-3 blocks are several awesome restaurants such as Mama Tina's Wood Fired Pizza, Om Cooking Thai Food,  Wenatchee Valley Brewing Company, Bubbly Bistro and Bar, and last but not least the Delicious Riverside Pub with a full menu and daily specials.
